The Ceremony took place in the Chapel of Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours of the Juvénat of Pétionville. For the occasion, Bro Hervé Zamor, Our Superior General, was present to receive them into the Congregation, with Bro Simon Alphonse, Our New Provincial, at his side. An elder brother of Lucanès, Fr Fenik Exumar, a Priest of the Diocese of Gonaïves, presided over the Ceremony. Father Jean-Pierre, Chaplain of the Juvénat, concelebrated.

The parents of the young Brothers made the trip to accompany their child in this decisive step in their lives. Members of the Former Choir of Bro Bensky sang at the Ceremony. Everyone gathered after the Ceremony for the Festive meal during which the Provincial addressed to the Newly Professed a short message of encouragement and hope for their choice of our Congregation, and for the continuation of their Formation at the Scholasticate.

After their Commitment, towards the end of August, the 3 New Professed flew to Paris, then to Ploërmel, in order to discover the places where the Congregation was founded: the Mother House of Ploërmel, of course, which would be celebrating its 200th Anniversary this year; Auray, Beignon, St Malo, St Brieuc, Josselin. They would join Abidjan around next September 6th, where they would continue their Formation at the Scholasticate. We wish them a Great Mission!
