ANEHO, TOGO: 1994 – 2024: 30 Years of Presence and Life in the Diocese of Aného (Southern Togo)

On Wednesday, November 13th, 2024, the Launch Ceremony of the Perle Jubilee (30 years) of the Presence of the Brothers of Christian Instruction of Ploërmel in the Diocese of Aného (Southern Togo) took place.

This was done during a Eucharistic Celebration Presided over by Reverend Father Antoine KANKOE, Parish Priest of the Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral of Aného and Concelebrated by Reverend Father Jérémie AMEZOLI, Diocesan Director of Catholic Education of the Diocese of Aného, ​​in the presence of Brother Jean Baptiste NDIAYE, Visitor of the Saint Paul District of West Africa.

Led by the College Choir, the Celebration was attended by all the Students of the College, Teachers and Some Parents of Students, Politicians, Administrative, Military and Traditional Authorities, Nuns and Our Brothers from the Community of Lomé who came for the Occasion.

That Celebration was intended above all, as Brother Augustin BOUDAN, Director of the College, emphasized, to be a Thanksgiving for the Life and Mission of the Brothers among the Population through the Education, Instruction and Evangelization of Young People.

Note that the Brothers are in charge of the Saints Pierre and Paul College, a Diocesan Work which has been entrusted to us since 1994, the Year the Brothers arrived in the Diocese.

After Communion, Brother Jean Baptiste NDIAYE proceeded with the Official Opening of the Jubilee Year, which would follow the Execution of the Various Activities planned to live this School Year during which the Jubilee would be Celebrated.
