Founder’s Day Celebration

As every year, the Brothers and the Entire Mennaisian Family the DR Congo organized the Great Novena which ended with the Celebration on November 26th, 2024. That beautiful Day was colored by Various Spiritual, Cultural and Festive Activities bringing together Ecclesiastics, Laity, Parents and Students around the Brothers in Dungu, Isiro and Bunia.

Visit of Brother Gildas Prigent, Assistant General: Assembly, Perpetual Vows and Silver Jubilee in the DRC

After his visit to Rwanda, Brother Gildas Prigent, Assistant General, went to the DR Congo, first to Bunia, then to Dungu and Isiro. A great opportunity to experience the Congolese Roads because he traveled 210 km by car for several hours between Isiro and Dungu.

On that occasion, Two Important Events were included in the Program. These were the Assembly of the Brothers of Congo which brought together 21 Brothers on December 26th, 2024 and the Perpetual Profession Ceremonies of Our Two Brothers Gracia TITAYOSA and Patrick KAKULE as well as the Silver Jubilee of Our Three Brothers Fidèle NGUWA, Jean-Marie AMISIA and Samson LODJA on December 28th, 2024 at the Cathedral of Dungu.

Congolese Brothers gathered around Br. Assistant General for A Mini-Assembly

Monsignor Emile MUSHOSHO MATABARO, Bishop of the Diocese of Dungu-Doruma Presided over the Ceremonies and took the opportunity to invite the young people of his Diocese to follow the example of these Brothers who gave themselves totally to God through Their Solemn Commitments. He also expressed the wish to see the presence of the Brothers extend to other Entities of his Jurisdiction.
