A Path of Prayer. The Gospel of Cana. A Procession. Symbols.
These are the Strong Elements of the Opening Celebration experienced this Holy Tuesday in Ariccia.
The Members of the Assembly left the Chapel for the Chapter House.
Gathered in the Chapel of the Reception House, the Capitulants were invited to go in procession to the Chapter House.
“Come Holy Spirit. Come into Our Hearts.”
“The Lord calls us to the General Chapter of the Congregation.
It is a Fundamental Moment of listening and opening to the Spirit.”
“It is time to let Ourselves be Transformed and Shaped like Clay in the hands of the Potter.”
The symbols of the Chapter making up the procession are the following:
A poster, an Icon of Mary, a New Statue of Jean-Marie de la Mennais,
the Rule of Life, a Plant symbol of the Mennaisian Family and the Flags around the World Map.
The New Statue of Jean-Marie de la Mennais Officially Welcomed by the Chapter. It will be Broadcast at the end of the Chapter.
“Mary tells us to “do whatever He tells you.”
“Let us ask for enough confidence to let the Lord into our lives.”
All the Symbols were gathered at the Official Table of the Chapter, under the gaze of the Founders, and in the presence of the Brother Superior General.
